From 1 September to 31 October 2026 have your pet’s lump assessed by one of our experienced vets for only €25*.

Lumps and bumps are common in pets, especially as they age. Most are harmless — but some can cause discomfort or become more serious over time.

If you have noticed a lump on your pet, book a €25 lump check and one of our experienced vets can gently assess the lump quickly, helping you understand what it might be and put your mind at ease. A simple check offers reassurance — and if care is needed, we can act quickly and treat early.

Book an appointment

It’s best to book a vet check if a lump or bump:

  • Is new, has increased in size, or changed shape or colour

  • Looks sore or is bleeding or oozing

  • It is being repeatedly licked or scratched

  • Comes with changes in your pet’s behaviour such as lethargy, appetite loss or weight loss

 

Many lumps can look alike on the surface — but only a vet can tell you what they might be and whether they need treatment.

During your lump check appointment, our vet will:

  • Check the lump and your pet’s overall health

  • Talk through possible causes and whether any tests are needed

  • If required, take a small sample* safely and gently - sedation is not usually needed

  • Give clear advice on what to do next, whether it’s monitoring, further tests or treatment

 

We’ll keep things calm and reassuring — and help you feel confident about deciding what’s best for your pet.

Do I need to be an existing client? 
No. You’re welcome to book whether you’re new to us or already registered. 

Will my pet need to be sedated? 
Most lumps can be checked without sedation. If we need to look more closely, your vet will talk you through the options. 

What happens if treatment is recommended? 
Your vet will explain what they’ve found in clear, simple terms and guide you through the next steps, so you can decide what’s right for your pet. If your pet’s needs treatment, we will discount the €25 lump check fee from the lump treatment cost*.

Lumps and Bumps Treatment and Removal 20% discount 

1. Offer description

- The Discount entitles clients to receive 20% off specific procedures for lump removal and treatment. 

The 20% discount is applicable to the following treatments: 

  1. Fine needle aspirate procedure  

  1. Cytology – either in-clinic or via external laboratory  

  1. Lab Diagnostic Fee per day  

  1. Incisional biopsy under general anaesthetic  

  1. Surgical removal under general anaesthetic  

  1. Medications used on the day and 3-5 days of post-procedure analgesia  

  1. Pre-anaesthetic bloods (if required)  

  1. Peri-operative fluids (if required)  

  1. Histopathoplogy 

 

2. This Promotion excludes: 

- Checks for additional conditions or illnesses 

- Any follow-on care required – such as chemotherapy or further surgery the investigation and treatment of:  

     1 - Any unexpected complications that occur during the planned treatment; and  

     2 - Any pre-existing diseases or health-conditions (including any which have a negative interaction with anaesthesia). 

Such treatments may be performed during the appointment, if deemed necessary by the attending vet and the pet keeper consents. The treatments not included in the promotion will be charged at an additional cost.  

 

3. Who can benefit 

To qualify for this offer, you must be registered with a participating IVC practice. If you're not currently a client, you can still redeem the offer by registering a pet with one of the participating practices and booking your lump treatment within the Offer Period (as defined below). 

 

4. How to redeem

- Book and attend your lump treatment appointment between 1 September 2026 and 30 October 2026 at a participating IVC Evidensia practice (“the Offer Period”).  

- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.  

- Mention the offer when booking or during registration.  

 

5. Terms and Conditions  

- Offer valid at participating IVC clinics only.  

- The discount can be applied to one lump treatment or removal appointment per pet only.  

- Appointments must be completed by 23:59 on 30 November 2026.  

- This offer cannot be combined with Pet Health Club discounts.  

- The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

- Any attempt to sell or transfer the offer will make it void.  

- We may withdraw or amend the offer at any time, with reasonable notice, or without notice if required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.  

- We accept no liability for losses resulting from cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, provided we comply with these terms.  

- If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
