Dr Eamon Walsh MVB MVB Veterinary Surgeon

Eamon qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon from University College Dublin in 1997 and has built a broad and varied career in veterinary medicine ever since. He has worked extensively in both mixed and small animal practices across Cork and the UK, gaining a wealth of hands-on experience with a wide range of species and clinical cases. Eamon has also spent time working with the Donkey Sanctuary, an experience that further deepened his commitment to animal welfare and compassionate care.

Eamon has been part of the All Care team for almost a decade and is a highly valued member of the practice. His particular area of interest is Minimally Invasive Surgery, and he is widely recognised for his role in advancing these techniques in Ireland. In 2011, Eamon pioneered the first laparoscopic neutering procedure in the country, helping to set new standards in surgical care with a focus on reduced pain, faster recovery, and improved outcomes for patients.

Outside of work, Eamon is a devoted animal lover. He shares his home with Dolly, his two-year-old rescue dog, and Wendy, an adopted cat—both of whom keep him well entertained and firmly remind him why he chose a career caring for animals in the first place.
